Controversias Competenciales En San Luis Potosí A Finales Del Siglo Xix

Abstract

La delimitación entre las facultades jurisdiccionales en México a finales del siglo XIX resulta ser proceso histórico-jurídico de gran importancia, pues estuvo revestido de una división formal entre la competencia local y federal. Dicho proceso representó los esfuerzos de las autoridades de la Federación para lograr un orden normativo jurisdiccional del Estado Nacional, regulado en la Constitución Política y la legislación secundaria. No obstante, las contiendas por competencia entre entidades judiciales de diversos órdenes, evidencian las fricciones potestativas de las autoridades y su interacción política. En este sentido, el presente trabajo pretende aportar una interpretación holística del devenir histórico de la competencia jurisdiccional, en la época del México porfiriano, con base en el estudio de un caso práctico que así lo demuestra.
