Abstract

Partiendo de un enfoque sistémico integral, se valora la pertinencia de la capacitación en el sector de la cultura como vía para el desarrollo de una eficaz labor de dirección frente a los nuevos retos , así como los conocimientos y habilidades que debe poseer un directivo en su labor de gestión, a partir de las competencias desarrolladas.
