Aportes Para Una Nueva Legislación Cooperativa

Abstract

Desde la prehistoria del cooperativismo y mucho antes que la Cooperación Libre fuese planteada técnicamente como una formula económica y social de actividad -con valores y tradición-, regida por principios propios y peculiares (varios ausentes o bastardeados en el texto del actual Decreto de facto Nro. 20.337/73, ajeno a la naturaleza jurídica propia de las cooperativas); como empresas nuevas y diferentes, existían ya “realidades cooperativas” en el sentido de grupos humanos elementales que ejercían alguna o varias y conexas actividades económicas, en asociación, en participación y/o en cooperación como hoy mismo. Pero además y ya a 37 años de vigencia de ese decreto, la propia regulación del cooperativismo ha devenido anómica, anárquica conforme Vg. un modelo oficial “provisorio (?)” tipo, data del año 1974 (?) ((sic)).
