Abstract

La esencia de la libertad, su relación con el ser humano, así como su ejercicio dentro del cuerpo social, constituyen problemáticas de larga data en la historia del pensamiento iusfilosófico occidental; el cual, en diferentes momentos, y bajo determinadas condiciones, ha pretendido solucionar tales cuestiones en la teoría y en la praxis política.
