Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación cae dentro del marco de estudio de la sociológica jurídica. Analiza hambrunas en el siglo XX y su impacto en las instituciones de los Estados y en la implementación de la Ley. El autor afirma que este fenómeno social impacta de manera negativa la legislación e instituciones legales de los Estados y que deben tomarse medidas para prevenirse utilizando ayuda organizaciones internacionales.
