Abstract

A nivel socioespacial, América Latina posee una serie de peculiaridades que la distinguen del resto del mundo y la constituyen en una región con identidad propia, así su heterogeneidad interna sea grande. El alto nivel de concentración de la población en la ciudad más grande es uno de estos rasgos característicos.
