Control Social Y Prevención Delictiva. Una Introducción Al Tema Desde El Análisis De Los Medios De Comunicación Social

Abstract

El Estado siempre ha tratado de mantener el dominio, la hegeminía, el orden y la disciplina entre sus miembros a través de diversos instrumentos, mecanismos y estrategias que son los que le van a permitir lograr el convencimiento y/o el sometimiento de los individuos a sus normas por lo que el delito y sus causas, el hombre que los comete, así como qué hacer para evitar las conductas delictivas, son cuestiones que le atañen desde hace mucho tiempo. De esto es precisamente de lo que se ocupa la Criminología. El control social, una de las expresiones de la gobernanza de ese Estado a su vez se ramifica en diversas formas para cumplimentar el poder público político que debe caracterizar la gobernanza del Estado dado. Sobre su relación por medio de la expresión funcional de los medios televisivos en nuestra región trata la siguiente ponencia.
