Abstract

El Presente trabajo aborda algunos resultados parciales cualitativos de una investigación realizada en el barrio capitalino cubano “la Corea” a partir del experimento investigativo sobre nuestras variables independientes y la evaluación del comportamiento delictivo en esta zona. En este sentido se abordan los fundamentos históricos de la Criminología como vía posible de solución a las problemáticas y deficiencias de la actividad preventiva comunitaria lo cual sería nuestro aporte en este primer momento. La reconstrucción histórica de la comunidad, el aprovechamiento y evaluación de las máximas de la experiencia, el comportamiento étnico, religioso, cultural y económico expresado históricamente, el método jurídico histórico lógico entre otros, son algunos de los mecanismos utilizados centralmente en la investigación.
