Fundamentos Generales Sobre Criminología Y Control Social

Abstract

Con el objetivo de profundizar sobre aspectos teóricos asociados a la criminología en su vínculo con las normas y valores que han de tenerse en cuenta referidos al control social ante el comportamiento de los individuos y como reguladora de su conducta, proponemos analizar en este capítulo, aspectos que permitirán, posteriormente, buscar en la religión valores que actúen o funcionen como elementos dinámicos de control individual y colectivo de los creyentes, como factor preventivo e inhibidor de la actividad delictiva. En este sentido pretendemos establecer algunos prospectos para el entendimiento de los procesos de criminalizacion de la religión y otras manifestaciones del pensamiento.
