Fundamentos Sociológicos De La Religión En Cuba Para Su Comprensión Y Estudio Jurídico-Criminológico

Abstract

La religión constituye un campo de estudio, de polémica y de permanente actividad para etnólogos, sociólogos, juristas, filósofos, historiadores, teólogos, entre otros, por ser un fenómeno que guarda relación con la conciencia social e individual; como consecuencia, su interpretación no puede ser reducida a un solo enfoque sino debe ser multidisciplinaria. Con el objetivo de acercarnos lo más fielmente posible al conocimiento del fenómeno religioso, tomamos como punto de referencia su mirada sociológica. Nos referimos específicamente a las representaciones que hacen referencia a lo sobrenatural, que en el caso específico de nuestro estudio, se relaciona con un panteón de deidades u orichas. Así sentaremos las bases sociológicas para el estudio jurídico y criminológico del tema.
