Abstract

El presente texto aborda algunas nociones generales sobre los antecedentes históricos generales del Principio de Correlación entre la imputación y la sentencia constituyendo una antesala de producciones científicas del autor que se constituirán como obras más acabada y profunda de la que ahora se presenta. Conocer las tipicidades y evolución histórica de este principio es beber además de todo el acervo cultural y político que nos define como país y como región. Una mirada al pasado del supramencionado megaprincipio nos permitirá indiscutiblemente apreciar y comprender mejor el presente y sobre todo proyectarnos hacia la política futura de nuestro ordenamiento en medio del proceso reformador latinoamericano.
