Abstract

No transcurre un día de clases en alguna casa de altos estudios ibero americanas sin que el tema del control social o el ordenamiento jurídico sean centro de debates en algún momento curricular. Así se trata estos tópico generalmente desde la criminología, Derecho Penal la Teoría del Derecho, Introducción al Derecho. El presente artículo aborda como eje central el control social y su relación funcional con el ordenamiento jurídico, estableciendo previamente sus definiciones lógico jurídica desde nuestra perspectiva Sociojurídica.
