Abstract

La presente investigación Hospital Pediátrico Provincial "Mártires de Las Tunas ´´: Aproximación a Memoria Histórica", se realiza con el objetivo de redactar un documento que ayude al conocimiento y reconocimiento de la labor realizada por el colectivo de trabajadores del mismo, durante 50 años de labor. El estudio es un aporte al rescate de información relacionada con los hechos de relevancia para el pueblo tunero y que han marcado la existencia del centro, así como un documento para conocer y reconocer la labor de hombres y mujeres que dedicaron su vida a la salvaguardar la de otros. Para la realización del mismo se tuvieron en cuenta diversos indicadores que componen la categoría Memoria Histórica, estos indicadores son: sucesos significativos, fundación, fundadores, personalidades, misión del centro, títulos honoríficos, distinciones individuales y colectivas recibidas.
