Abstract

El tema que nos ocupa es la influencia que ejercen las condiciones de trabajo en la conducta de los trabajadores. Esta investigación se realiza con el objetivo de analizar la influencia que ejerce las condiciones de trabajo en la conducta de los trabajadores y determinar las principales causas que dan lugar a las conductas desviadas en centros laborales. Que se ha dicho de la problemática y en la actualidad cómo se comporta, también se demuestra las principales causas que dan lugar a las indisciplinas laborales (conductas desviadas) en el hospital Mártires de Las Tunas y cómo se comportan los indicadores; ausentismo, puntualidad, fluctuación laboral, estimulación y cómo estos influyen en el comportamiento del trabajador.
