Abstract

El abuso sexual de los niños (as), una conducta extremadamente repudiada socialmente y que en estos momentos muestra cifras alarmantes a nivel internacional, constituyendo el propósito del presente trabajo un material de consulta elaborado sobre la base del diagnóstico de necesidades y reflexión teórica de las legislaciones cubanas y del Derecho internacional que facilite enfrentar con efectividad las actividades tales actividades.
