Abstract

En una época de importantes cambios en la que se asiste a la tan mencionada crisis del Estado de Bienestar, las sociedades del siglo XXI se encuentran ante el compromiso de establecer las bases de los nuevos modelos urbanos de una manera cooperativa y participativa. La idea general y principio inspirador de la metodología a seguir va en la línea de que estos modelos sean capaces de implicar a los ciudadanos en la construcción de la ciudad a la que pertenecen como entes activos y capaces de tomar decisiones.
