Abstract

La investigación titulada Sistema de acciones físico – recreativas para mejor ocupación del tiempo libre de la población de la circunscripción 13 del Consejo Popular Centro Victoria, se fundamenta en los elementos teóricos metodológicos necesarios para lograr la utilización del tiempo libre por la población, tiene como objetivo: Proponer un sistemas de actividades físico- recreativas dirigidas a la población de la circunscripción del Consejo Popular “Centro Victoria” para propiciar la ocupación de su tiempo libre. Ofrece el concepto de tiempo libre, referencias acerca de la historia de cómo utilizarlo y la importancia que este reviste en la formación de valores sociales, en los modos conductuales y en la preparación física. Se presenta en forma de sistema.
