Las Utópicas Igualdad Y Legalidad En El Proceso Discriminatorio De Selección De Personal Eventual En El Instituto Federal Electoral Proceso Electoral 2008-2009

Circunscrito el presente trabajo a los acontecimientos jurídico-administrativos-electorales verificados en el Distrito Electoral Federal con cabecera en la ciudad de Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, México y a aspectos que hacen referencia al exorbitante número de personas interesadas en ejercer sus derechos Políticos-Electorales, la generalidad de las Garantías Constitucionales aplicables a cualquier ciudadano independientemente del lugar en donde se encuentren de los confines geográficos del Estado Mexicano y a indicadores bien definidos de discriminación convenencieramente, en forma aparente, tolerada y auspiciada por la totalidad de los actores políticos, se intenta acreditar la existencia clara e irrefutable de la discriminación, como proceso contrario a los principios que definen a la igualdad de oportunidades entre los mexicanos, dentro del proceso de selección de personal eventual en el Instituto Federal Electoral.
