Abstract

La crisis económica y financiera internacional ha tenido diversos efectos sobre América Latina. Podemos suponer dos grandes escenarios: uno sombrío, poco alentador y carente de un futuro optimista y por otro, la traza de ciertas posibilidades o alternativas de vida, éstas últimas, a mi juicio, sólo partirán de las y los interesados, o sea, aquellas personas afectadas directa o indirectamente por esta crisis, por ende, en este proceso, los sistemas de gobierno y grupos de poder (sociedades religiosas, grandes comerciantes, inversionistas, empresarios, entre otros), como en la mayor parte de ocasiones, no se encuentran capacitados e interesados en auxiliar de una manera clara y eficaz, pero de eso último, bien sabemos que no es novedad.
