Impacto Del Desarrollo Socioeconómico En La Resolución De Investigaciones Forenses

Abstract

El ser humano al interactuar con otros hombres y con el resto de la sociedad establece relaciones generalmente encaminadas a satisfacer sus necesidades devenidas propias de su condición. Estas relaciones generalmente de relevancia social adquieren el estatus quo de jurídicas en tanto las pautas reguladoras de las mismas obliguen a todos a su correspondiente observancia. Para la protección de estas relaciones y bienes jurídicos se crean mecanismos devenidos históricamente en verdaderas ciencias conocidas como forenses y entre las que encontramos la criminalística. Así en este sentido, todo el desarrollo científico técnico universal es puesto también en función de estos propósitos. El presente texto aborda ilustrativamente como las ciencia criminalística se ha nutrido de todo este acervo científico al servicio de la prevención delictiva y actos nocivos que a largo desequilibran también el correcto uso y desarrollo de las ciencias sociales y económicas y sus objetos de estudio.
