Análisis De La Implementación De Programas De Gobierno Contra La Pobreza En Centroamérica: Los Casos De Guatemala Y Panamá

Abstract

La pobreza en un flagelo social que afecta a millones de personas alrededor del mundo. Por diferentes razones ya sea que se hable de las de índole política, histórica y/o geográficas, solo por enunciar algunas; lo cierto es que a medida que hay un mayor crecimiento poblacional, la demanda de recursos en paralela combinación con la falta de políticas públicas bien definidas, hacen ver inalcanzables, el logro de metas locales y/o regionales en torno a la disminución de los niveles de pobreza existentes. Luego del análisis hecho tanto en Guatemala como en Panamá, se determina que más bien, existen programas de gobierno y no políticas estatales dirigidas en torno a la disminución de este flagelo social.
