Abstract

La familia, institución donde se tiene la socialización más temprana del individuo, resulta de interés la manifestación de la violencia intrafamiliar ya que acarrearía múltiples implicaciones a escala global, al interior de cada país, comunidad e individuos.La violencia como ejercicio inadecuado de la fuerza o del poder, por lo tanto es una conducta aprendida y tiene lugar en todos los ámbitos de la vida social nos referiremos fundamentalmente a la que se realiza en la familia y como ha sido tratado en los países de América Latina, el Caribe y Cuba.
