Abstract

En esta ponencia que presentamos al congreso sobre pobreza pretendemos acercarnos al estado de la brecha digital en la ciudad de Madrid. Consideramos que la brecha digital es una forma de pobreza, pues a su vez es una forma de marginación social. En una ciudad cosmopolita y con mucha población como es Madrid queremos compartir con todos los congresistas algunas de las indicativas que se han puesto en marcha desde las diferentes instituciones de la ciudad para acercar la Sociedad de la Información y las Nuevas Tecnologías a todos los ciudadanos.
