La Dignidad Como Fundamento Del Respeto A La Persona Humana

    En el trabajo reflexionamos en torno a la dignidad como concepto moral que sirve de base a todo el plexo de derechos con el que se garantiza el respeto a la persona humana. Comenzamos analizando el propio concepto de dignidad y sus fundamentos éticos, para después adentrarnos en la expresión jurídica de la dignidad como condición del respeto a la persona y de los derechos humanos y fundamentales que la garantizan, particularizando en el caso de Cuba. Finalmente, concluimos destacando los tres niveles en los que se estructura el respeto a la persona humana y el carácter moral o jurídico de los derechos y las obligaciones correlativas propias de cada nivel.
