Abstract

El autor analiza, desde una perspectiva tanto teórica como práctica, las posibilidades y mecanismos participativos que se pueden implantar en los municipios -así como los ya existentes-, dado que éstos ocupan una posición central en la mayoría de las políticas que tienen que ver con el bienestar social de los ciudadanos.
