Abstract

Ante los nuevos escenarios y desafíos de política para el habitad urbano, la Universidad Autónoma “Benito Juárez” de Oaxaca y el cabildo municipal del municipio de Oaxaca de Juárez, conjugan esfuerzos para conocer la realidad de las colonias marginadas del municipio, con la finalidad de generar políticas económicas y sociales que eleven el índice de desarrollo humano de la población.
