La Reinserción Comunitaria Desde Las Ciencias Jurídicas

Abstract

El año del 50, Aniversario de las Reglas Mínimas para el tratamiento de los reclusos, constituye el trabajo el principal elemento de la readaptación social de los reclusos. Nuestro Sistema Social ha insertado los principios de las Naciones Unidas en su política reeducativa. Bajo esta perspectiva, los organismos que integran el engranaje Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, Ministerio del Interior, Tribunales Populares, Comisiones de Atención y Prevención Social y Juez Ejecutor entre otras instituciones trabajan mancomunadamente en aras de satisfacer las exigencias laborales de los reclusos, dígase dentro de los establecimientos penitenciarios, como fuera de estos ya sea por el cumplimiento efectivo de la sanción impuesta por el tribunal competente, o por la conclusión de la misma en términos de libertad provisional.
