La Oralidad En El Proceso Civil. Necesidad, Ventajas Y Desventajas

Abstract

El proceso oral requiere de jueces y abogados de gran capacidad mental, expe rien cia y preparación jurídica. La preparación radical del sistema escrito sería un grave error por las deficiencias ya apuntadas, por ello lo que se trata es de acoger gradualmente algunos principios del sistema oral como la inmediación, concentra ción; distribuyendo el proceso entre actos orales y actos escritos, según resulte más conveniente para el buen desarrollo del proceso y una eficaz aplicación de la justicia.
