Abstract

Miguel Fenech Navarro nació en Málaga el 25 de octubre de 1912. Fue catedrático de Derecho procesal de las Universidades de Granada, Barcelona y Complutense de Madrid. Es autor de una amplia producción en materia de Derecho procesal civil y penal. Falleció en la capital del Estado español en 1987. Aparte de sus contribuciones a la manualística del Derecho procesal civil y penal, muy significativas, cuenta con diversas publicaciones de investigación pura y la traducción al castellano del Derecho procesal penal de Ernst Ludwig Beling (1866-1932).
