Abstract

Para la realización de esta propuesta se analizaron y discutieron diversos procedimientos de evaluación de proyectos de infraestructura como los desarrollados por Sepúlveda Palacios , Ibarra Pardo y Contreras en aras de determinar las similitudes y formular la propuesta adaptable a las condiciones de Cuba y del sector objeto de análisis. Se tuvo además en cuenta la experiencia nacional e internacional sobre el tema
