El Monólogo Interior Como Recurso Del Sistema Del Narrador En Las Palmeras Salvajes, De William Faulkner

Abstract

El sistema del narrador emplea diferentes recursos para la narración de la historia que el autor desea contar. El narrador se presenta como la voz que emplea ese autor para recrear su historia. En esa narración, la utilización de los personajes exige un distanciamiento con la voz del narrador, pero en el caso de William Faulkner, el monólogo interior constituye un acercamiento entre ese narrador que asume la voz de uno o varios de sus personajes para contar y darle al narratario los detalles de la historia. En este punto, asistimos al perfeccionamiento de esta técnica en las novelas de Faulkner, especialmente en Las palmeras salvajes.
