Percepción De La Alteridad En Las Organizaciones De Estados Unidos Por Parte Del Migrante Laboral Mexicano: Los Alemanes

Abstract

La presente investigación es sobre el tema de tesis en el doctorado en administración en la Universidad de Celaya sobre la percepción de la alteridad en el multiculturalismo asimétrico, analiza las percepciones en este caso sobre los alemanes que tienen los migrantes mexicanos dentro de las organizaciones en Estados Unidos. Se hizo el estudio con testimonios 1, 265 emigrantes mexicanos procedentes, principalmente, de la región del corredor industrial abajeño del Estado de Guanajuato. Se hizo a través de entrevistas, basándose principalmente en la pregunta abierta: ¿Tuvo compañeros extranjeros, me podría decir que nacionalidad eran y que opinaba usted de ellos?, aunque se incorporan otras preguntas donde las respuestas tienen que ver con una de las identidades culturales analizadas, el tratamiento de la información se apoya en la hermenéutica profunda. Los testimonios directos sobre la identidad referida son de 24 casos, representa el .6 % de todas las respuestas. Para el análisis comparativo se basó en el eje de buena impresión contrastándolo con la mala impresión, también se compararon las diferencias y las similitudes en otro eje. Se hacen cuadros semánticos donde se condensa el trabajo cualitativo en cuanto a lo que señalan de buena impresión y mala impresión, así como de similitud y diferencias.
