Abstract

El presente investigación aborda el estudio de las identidades culturales en las organizaciones, de acuerdo a las experiencias de encuentro de migrantes mexicanos laborales en Estados Unidos, en las organizaciones. • El primer planteamiento aborda al “centro” (Estados Unidos) como un lugar de encuentro entre las identidades culturales. • El segundo punto se plantea el contexto histórico donde se inscriben las relaciones entre las identidades. • El tercer punto se expone la inserción del migrante mexicano en el mercado laboral norteamericano.
