Abstract

Históricamente las relaciones de vecindad han suscitado estudios, análisis críticos y los conflictos que éstas generan han tenido su regulación desde el establecimiento de las primeras sociedades sujetas a Derecho, transitando por diferentes estadios y formas de solución que hoy aportan elementos importantes e imprescindibles tanto en el orden teórico como en el práctico.
