Hábitos De Alimentación Saludables En El Entorno Escolar

Abstract

“Mens sana in corpore sano”. Es por todos sabido que una buena alimentación junto a la práctica de actividad física de forma regular y continuada favorece el bienestar y el desarrollo físico y mental de cualquier persona. Esto hay que tenerlo en cuenta para nuestros alumnos tanto de Primaria como de Secundaria, que están en plena época de crecimiento y desarrollo. Se podría pensar que éste no es un tema que podamos tratar a fondo en las aulas o que correspondería únicamente a los profesores de Ciencias Naturales (o Conocimiento del Medio) y Educación Física en alguna unidad de su temario, pero es tal la importancia de esta cuestión, no sólo para la salud en general del alumnado sino para el día a día en el aula y el rendimiento académico de los discentes, que todo el profesorado deberíamos tener en cuenta ciertos factores y dar a nuestros alumnos algunos consejos sobre factores determinantes:
