Lengua Y Estilo En La Prosa De José Martí

Abstract

Estudiar a José Martí significa aprovechar una de las mejores oportunidades para la comprensión del proceso histórico y cultural, no solo de Cuba, sino de Latinoamérica. Los estudios sobre la literatura hispanoamericana y cubana señalan que, en las postrimerías del siglo XIX, más exactamente en su último tercio, se inicia en esta región del continente, un movimiento renovador en el campo de las letras, que se denominó “Modernismo”, y que alcanzó su más alto quilate en el campo de la poesía.
