Abstract

Muchas veces hemos oído críticas realizadas contra loas MM de C y las NTIC, especialmente contra la Tv y la Internet (ésta última la vedette del momento) S e les ha culpado de una cantidad de consecuencias negativas en la Sociedad, especialmente la transformación de las conductas de jóvenes y niños. Pero se ha reconocido muy poco el gran valor que éstas tienen(o deberían tener)en el proceso educativo del siglo XXI. Veremos entonces que dicen los especialistas sobre el tema: ¿Inocentes o culpables?
