Posibles Efectos De La Recesión En Norteamérica Considerando Los Diferentes Desarrollos Laborales

Abstract

Ahora que la recesión en los Estados Unidos resulta por demás importante para nuestra diaria convivencia dado el impacto que sus efectos económicos tiene en México y tendrá en el futuro inmediato y considerando que la consecuencia mas escandalosa sería la pérdida de empleos de manera masiva, deviene de suma importancia hacer un breve análisis de la forma como se desarrollaron los diferentes sistemas de justicia laboral en la región, tratando de indagar si esta evolución y el impacto de la recesión pudieran incidir de manera diferente en las relaciones sociales de cada país, considerando el desarrollo económico de nuestros vecinos del norte como el prototipo del modelo económico que dio origen a esa perturbación neoliberal.
