Hacia Una Modernización Del Lenguaje Administrativo

Abstract

El objeto de este artículo se sitúa en la línea de la necesidad de adaptación del lenguaje administrativo ( cuyo origen se encuentra en el siglo XVIII, con la llegada de los Borbones y el desarrollo de la Administración pública aunque haya que esperar hasta 1986 a que una orden de la Presidencia del Gobierno fije unos criterios mínimos para mejorar la comunicación con los administrados, tras reconocer que "los documentos contribuyen frecuentemente de modo negativo al acercamiento entre Administración y ciudadanos bien sea por la oscuridad del lenguaje utilizado, o bien, por la omisión de datos cuya ausencia complica la gestión ante los organismos públicos"), a la sociedad actual que lleva vinculada una nueva relación entre Administración y Ciudadano.
