El Ordenamiento Territorial Dentro De Los Procesos Claves Para Alcanzar El Desarrollo Sostenible En La Localidad

Abstract

El territorio local adquiere cada vez mayor protagonismo en los procesos de reestructuración productiva, donde las instituciones sociales y gubernamentales, los dirigentes económicos y actores sociales en general cobran gran relevancia para hacer valer su capacidad de intervención. La participación de los agentes locales en la promoción del desarrollo local sostenible es importante en la búsqueda de alternativas que les permitan la inserción favorable a los procesos globales. Aunque los avances en el desarrollo local en esa perspectiva no son aún significativos, indudablemente los Gobiernos ya hacen suyos los Planes de Ordenamiento Municipales y Provinciales los cuales constituyen la etapa inicial para llevar a cabo un desarrollo sostenible.
