Abstract

En este trabajo se aborda como en México las desigualdades regionales en desarrollo, también se han reflejado en desigualdades de género. Se describe el caso del rezago educativo que viven las mujeres de uno de los municipios más marginados del estado de Oaxaca y del país. Se propone que es tarea urgente de la política pública canalizar recursos e inversiones hacia este estado pero además de esto, es necesario dotar a dichas estrategias aplicadas un enfoque de género en aras de sustentar un proyecto de desarrollo e igualdad en el país.
