Abstract

Del aristócrata Widar Cesarini Sforza, miembro de una familia de duques y condes, ya me había ocupado de manera ocasional al hilo de una recensión crítica hace algunos años . Se trataba de un comentario de la edición española de “El derecho de los particulares” traducida y enriquecida en su prólogo por el prestigioso filósofo el Derecho y magistrado José Calvo González. Allí dijimos con claridad algo omitido o disimulado por J. Calvo, que «Widar Cesarini Sforza fue uno de los personajes más conspícuos -antes de 1944- del Partido Nacional Fascista, y su filosofía y docencia, a través de disciplinas como la Filosofía del Derecho o el Derecho Corporativo -Cesarini enseñó esta última en Bolonia y en Pisa, en esta segunda tanto en la Facultad de Derecho como en la Scuola Normale- hubieron de servir, aunque sólo parcialmente a dicha ideología totalitaria» .
