Programas De Combate À Pobreza: O Papel Das Mulheres

Abstract

Este artigo socializa, parcialmente, a pesquisa sobre políticas de combate à pobreza que vem sendo desenvolvida desde o ano de 2004. Insere-se, portanto, no conjunto das preocupações compartilhadas com os membros da “Red Políticas Públicas, Derechos y Trabajo Social en el Mercosur-Córdoba/Argentina”. A partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, o presente estudo comparativo analisa a inserção das mulheres e o lugar que ocupam nos Programas de Transferência Condicionada de Renda(PTCR): Bolsa Família (Brasil) e Oportunidades(México), ambos considerados exemplos de good practices pelo Banco Mundial e Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento (BID).
