Abstract

Un análisis político, económico y social de principios de siglo XXI, con pretensiones de alta validez y utilidad debe tener un largo alcance retrospectivo, un buen soporte en la realidad actual y suficiente proyección para señalar los nuevos derroteros políticos, económicos y sociales que se presentan con caracteres de necesidad planetaria.
