Abstract

El deterioro progresivo del medio ambiente por acción humana, ha hecho surgir como respuesta jurídica el Derecho del Medio Ambiente, con una dimensión sustantiva y procesal. La dimensión procesal está constituida por el Derecho Procesal del Medio Ambiente. El Derecho Ambiental constituye una disciplina jurídica autónoma que atiende la protección o preservación del medio ambiente; consiste en hacer posible o efectivo el ejercicio de un deber de precaución de la vida y la ecología sana.
