IUS Y LEX: ANÁLISIS CRÍTICO DE LA CULTURA. Las personas y los cambios tecnológicos en la vida cotidiana

Abstract

En los llamados ahora países industriales (centros) se encuentran los cambios vertiginosos de la tecnología y la ciencia, provocados anteriormente por transformaciones culturales de fondo, como son: el renacimiento; el fin del oscurantismo propiciado en parte por la reforma; el siglo de las luces con el enciclopedismo; la separación de la iglesia y el estado; la incorporación científicos en las cortes de los nobles; la creación de instituciones científicas articuladas al estado; las reformas a la educación y las rupturas con la educación religiosa; la revolución francesa; la integración e inversión de los capitales económicos y el apoyo estatal a la invención tecnológica, las revoluciones industriales, etcétera. La primera revolución industrial fue aproximadamente en el siglo XVII, destaca el uso de las maquinas de vapor, de las maquinas con engranes y poleas, así como en la segunda revolución industrial a finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX con el descubrimiento y aplicación de la luz eléctrica, el telégrafo, los motores de combustión interna, transformaron y trastocaron al mundo. Europa y Norte América ya habían apuntalado estos cambios culturales importantes en el orden político y económico dados por la ciencia y tecnología, para construir su plataforma de desarrollo.
