Abstract

En los momentos actuales el término calidad, es usado en todos los campos de la vida moderna; vinculándose a los sectores de economías nacionales e internacionales. Trasladando éste al campo de la educación, como fenómeno que abarca el complejo mundo de lo social, por diferentes que sean los contextos, es que alcanza un carácter especial, el estudio de la calidad.
