IUS Y LEX: ANÁLISIS CRÍTICO DE LA CULTURA. ¿Cuántas horas las personas ven la Televisión en Guanajuato? El consumo de los televidentes

Abstract

Imaginemos el tiempo “disponible diario” de las personas comunes de este estado (en el supuesto de que la gente trabaja o estudia) son aproximadamente 8 horas promedio; más 8 horas de descanso; más 1.5 horas de transporte (ida y regreso, en las ciudades pequeñas y en las comunidades quizá sea menos, pero creemos que no es muy bueno en general el transporte, de igual forma en las ciudades medianas como Irapuato, Celaya y Salamanca, mientras que en León es una ciudad grande y por lo tanto es más probable que sea mayor el tiempo); 3.5 horas de aseo y atención a las necesidades vitales (comer, desayunar, cenar, ir al baño…); 1 hora de quehacer o de tarea doméstica (es mayor en nuestra cultura en las mujeres); aproximadamente quedan 2 horas o menos para el tiempo de recreación, esparcimiento y/o formación cultural complementaria o alternativa (deportes, idiomas, artes, si hay acceso), … ¿Qué hacemos con ese tiempo?, ¿en qué lo invertimos?, siendo una de nuestras pocas oportunidades de emancipar nuestra “voluntad de ser” en el llamado “tiempo libre” ¿en qué lo dedicamos?, ¿hay una visión - aspiración positiva nuestra apegada a una acción?.
