Ius Y Lex: La Diferenciable Indiferencia Actual

Abstract

El texto da vuelta encendido al fenómeno de indistinción incorpora la noción del ius y del lex; indiferenciación moderna y verificada actualmente en los cuadros teóricos del análisis legal, refiriendo a todas las ramificaciones del derecho. Esta indiferenciación es resultado de los conceptos teóricos restablecidos con la modernidad y, de cierta forma, consolidados por la actualidad, con ciertos aspectos de la burocracia legal. El texto tiene el objetivo destacar la dictadura de la ley en el concepto del derecho y además evidenciar la influencia predominante de la política en el derecho.
