La superación del profesor para dirigir la educación para la salud en la Universidad de Granma: su significación social

Abstract

Con la superación del personal docente se garantiza que éste adquiera un alto nivel de conocimientos filosóficos, pedagógicos, científicos y metodológicos, así como de dirección de procesos que se corresponden con el desarrollo de la ciencia, la cultura y la sociedad contemporáneas. En este sentido, se presenta el resultado del estudio investigativo que procura fundamentar el significado social y el rol de los docentes en la dirección de la estrategia curricular de Educación para la Salud en el proceso formativo de los educandos en el contexto de la práctica pedagógica en la Universidad de Granma. En el trabajo se revela la necesidad de la superación profesional en materia de educación para la salud para el desempeño exitoso en función de la formación integral de la personalidad y el desarrollo de los modos de actuación profesional de los educandos.
